INGREDIENTS

STEP 1 - Preparation

  1. Cut broccoli into little pieces.
  2. Clean scallop with cold water.
  3. Use kitchen paper to pad-dry scallops.
  4. Marinate scallops for about 10 minutes with salt and pepper.
  5. Prepare minced garlic.

STEP 2 - Cook scallops

  1. Heat 1 spoon oil in wok.
  2. Pan-fry scallops until the scallops turn white.

STEP 3 - Cook brocalli

  1. Blanch broccoli for about 2 minutes in boiling water.

STEP 4 - Stir-fly brocalli and scallops

  1. Heat 2 spoon oil in wok.
  2. then sauté garlic at medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Add brocalli and scallops increase heat, add 1 spoon of wine and stir-fly for 1 minute.
  4. Add 1 spoon oyster sauce, 1 tea spoon of chicken powder and sugar stir-fly for 1 minute.
