Stir-fry (Stir-fried Broccoli and Scallop)
How to stir-fried broccoli and scallop
INGREDIENTS
STEP 1 - Preparation
- Cut broccoli into little pieces.
- Clean scallop with cold water.
- Use kitchen paper to pad-dry scallops.
- Marinate scallops for about 10 minutes with salt and pepper.
- Prepare minced garlic.
STEP 2 - Cook scallops
- Heat 1 spoon oil in wok.
- Pan-fry scallops until the scallops turn white.
STEP 3 - Cook brocalli
- Blanch broccoli for about 2 minutes in boiling water.
STEP 4 - Stir-fly brocalli and scallops
- Heat 2 spoon oil in wok.
- then sauté garlic at medium heat until fragrant.
- Add brocalli and scallops increase heat, add 1 spoon of wine and stir-fly for 1 minute.
- Add 1 spoon oyster sauce, 1 tea spoon of chicken powder and sugar stir-fly for 1 minute.
